1. Create your account
Sign up at popurise.com/signup using your work email. The free trial runs for 14 days and does not require a card.
2. Create a project
From the dashboard, click New project. Enter the address, lot size and zoning. Popurise pre-fills what it can and prompts for the rest.
3. Configure the scheme
Set unit count, mix, average size, car spaces and number of levels. Popurise sanity-checks against your allowable GFA.
4. Add costs and finance
Enter your construction rate, fees, contributions, equity, debt and drawdown profile. Start with the defaults, then refine as the project warms up.
5. Read the outputs
GRV, TDC, profit on cost, margin, IRR, peak debt, peak equity and the monthly cashflow all sit on the same screen.
6. Run a second scenario
Duplicate the scenario, change the inputs you want to test, then switch between scenarios in a click.
