1. Create your account
Sign up at feaso.com.au/signup with your work email. The free trial runs for 14 days, no card required.
2. Create your first project
Click New project on the dashboard. Enter the address, lot size and zoning. Feaso pre-fills what it can and prompts for the rest.
3. Configure the scheme
Set the unit count, mix, average size, car spaces and number of levels. Feaso will sanity-check against your allowable GFA.
4. Add costs and finance
Construction rate, fees, contributions, equity, debt, drawdown profile. Use the defaults to get started; refine as the project warms up.
5. Read the outputs
GRV, TDC, profit on cost, margin, IRR, peak debt, peak equity, monthly cashflow — all on the same screen.
6. Run scenarios
Duplicate the scenario, change the inputs you want to test, switch between scenarios in a click.
