One project per site
A project corresponds to a site. Each project holds many scenarios — different schemes, pricing assumptions, finance structures.
Project metadata
Address, lot size, zoning, FSR, height limit. Set once at the project level; every scenario inherits.
Project list
The dashboard shows your active projects, sorted by recent activity. Search and filter by status (active, archived, won, lost).
Archiving and restoring
Projects you've decided not to pursue can be archived without deleting. Restore at any time.
