What gets a default
Construction rates, professional fees, contingency, selling cost rates, GST treatment, marketing and finance assumptions. Defaults are tuned by typology and city.
How to override
Click any input and type a new value. An Overridden tag appears next to the field so you know it is no longer pulling from defaults.
Reset to default
Click the tag and select Reset. The field returns to the platform default for that typology and location.
Workspace defaults (Team plan)
Owners can set workspace defaults that override the platform defaults for every new project. Useful for in-house construction rates.
